I work with individuals of all social and ethnic backgrounds, cultures, genders, sexual orientations, and faith foundations to loosen the grip on the mask used to hide what has been painful to face. I approach work alongside each individual, believing that everyone is their best expert. I have a deep connection between people and roots, am not only intrigued by but engage in use of therapeutic horticulture and fiber arts, as well as traditional and postmodern therapeutic modalities. I am dedicated to providing a safe, nonjudgmental space, and being my authentic, compassionate self, present, focused and open, ready to receive you and your story.
