You'll often hear me say, "YOU are your own Best Expert!" My approach is authentic, warm, accepting, and strength-based. While creating a brave space, I will support you in discovering the tools you already possess, some of which will need to be honed, as well as adding to your tool belt. I will also journey with you to overcome self-limiting beliefs, break the depression cycle, challenge anxious thoughts, address panic and obsessive thoughts and behaviors, navigate the stages of adulthood, engage in healthy life decisions with confidence, and include self-care as a non-negotiable part of your life. I utilize a range of modalities to meet each individual where they are and strive to help you enhance your quality of life, achieve your goals, and support your optimal well-being.

At Grounded Mental Health Care, PLLC, seasoned mental health professionals will join you on your healing journey while providing high-quality services, experience, and commitment to your mental health and overall well-being.
No matter your walk of life, together, we will unearth what is holding you back; nourish your mind, honing your existing skills and adding new strategies, moving you toward being equipped to sustain overall well-being, living stronger emotionally.

With years of experience in various roles within individual's homes, hospital in-patient and Emergency Department care as well as out-patient therapeutic care, I will assess your needs and align with you to create a customized treatment plan that's right for YOU.
I cannot make every path straight but can equip you to proceed with a stronger sense of footing along your way.

I approach work alongside each individual, believing that everyone is their best expert. I identify a deep connection between people and roots. I am not only intrigued by but engage in use of therapeutic horticulture and fiber arts, as well as traditional and postmodern therapeutic modalities.
